Refund Policy

1. Summary

All sales are final. Local AI Master does not issue refunds for subscriptions, Lifetime plans, or digital download products. You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time to stop future billing — your access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the FREE tier.

Please read product descriptions, preview free content, and ensure the plan fits your needs before purchasing. The first two chapters of every course are free so you can evaluate the content before subscribing.

2. Subscriptions (Monthly & Yearly)

  • Recurring billing: Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the price shown at purchase, until you cancel.
  • Cancel anytime: Cancelling stops all future charges immediately.
  • Access until period end: After cancelling, you keep full paid access until the end of the billing period you already paid for. After that date, your account reverts to the FREE tier.
  • No partial refunds: We do not refund unused portions of a monthly or yearly subscription. If you cancel on day 2 of a monthly plan, you keep access for the remaining ~28 days — we do not pro-rate a refund.
  • Price changes: Your current rate is honored until you cancel or the billing relationship ends. New subscribers may see different pricing.

3. Lifetime Plans

Lifetime plans (Founder Lifetime and Standard Lifetime) are one-time purchases and are non-refundable. Access is granted immediately after payment. "Lifetime" means for as long as Local AI Master operates as an active service. If we ever wind down the service, we will give a minimum 90 days notice as stated in our Terms of Service.

4. Digital Downloads & Tools

Standalone digital products (Docker Templates, Prompt Pack, Automation Scripts, Agent Kit, Fine-Tuning Kit, RAG Kit, and similar one-time downloads) are delivered instantly after payment. Because these are digital files that cannot be "returned," all digital download purchases are final and non-refundable.

Read the product page carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about what a product includes, contact us at support@localaimaster.com before buying.

5. Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails (expired card, insufficient funds, bank decline), your access is paused — not refunded. You'll receive an email prompting you to update your payment method. Once payment is resolved, access resumes. If payment remains unresolved, the subscription will eventually be cancelled by our payment processor.

6. Exceptions

We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis only in the following narrow circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges: If you were charged twice for the same order due to a processing error, we will refund the duplicate charge.
  • Unauthorized transactions: If your card was used without your permission, contact us immediately and also notify your bank. We will cooperate with the fraud investigation.
  • Mandatory refunds under local consumer law: Where applicable consumer protection law (for example, certain EU/UK statutes for digital goods not yet accessed) requires a refund, we will comply with those requirements.

To request a refund under one of these exceptions, email support@localaimaster.com within 14 days of the charge with your order ID and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are processed through our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy) and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.

7. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us first before disputing the charge with your bank. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us will result in immediate termination of your account, loss of all paid access, and forfeiture of any progress, notes, certificates, or other data tied to that account. We also reserve the right to refuse future service to accounts that abuse the chargeback process.

8. How to Cancel

You can cancel a subscription at any time — no email or phone call required:

  • Go to Account → Billing
  • Click "Manage Subscription" to open the Lemon Squeezy customer portal
  • Select "Cancel Subscription"

Cancellation takes effect immediately for billing purposes (no future charges), and your paid access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.

If you also want to delete your account and all associated data (progress, notes, bookmarks, certificates), you can do so from Account settings after cancelling your subscription. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
